I am the broker-in-charge and CEO of Realty One. I am also one of the Triad's top producing real estate agents averaging over 60 home sales a year as well as receiving awards from Zillow, Trulia and other companies like Angie's List. I have lived in the Winston-Salem/Triad area for over 30 years.  

Prior to Realty One, I worked for a local real estate company for 5 years where I earned awards and recognition as top producer for that company. I first earned my real estate license in 1998 while working for a for sale by owner company. Having worked in that position as well as now over the past ten years as a full service Realtor, has given me unique perspective on this industry and in assisting homeowners and home buyers.

There are many pieces to the puzzle of selling your home. Having a grasp of the big picture, as well as the details that must be handled appropriately to lead to a sale, are crucial. I have had great success in taking homes that have been on the market before (and failed to sell) and then stepping in to help sell it. So often the key factors that are overlooked are proper advice on staging and condition of the home, effective exposure of the home (both where and how that exposure takes place), and follow-up with an emphasis on pushing for a sale with every potential buyer.    

On the other side of the transaction, when I am assisting a buyer in finding and purchasing a home, it is necessary to understand market and pricing trends, cities and neighborhood details, and be able to provide advice in these areas. While it brings me satisfaction to be that guide on the exciting journey of finding your new home, my ultimate objective is to ensure the satisfaction for years to come of you the buyer, the new owner. I will never hesitate to provide sound advice on the price of a home, the quality of it, whether its a good buy, the trends of the area, and how to negotiate to the best deal.
